Repository Policy

Journal of Religion, Ethics and Organizational Management (JREOM)

The Journal of Religion, Ethics and Organizational Management (JREOM) supports the dissemination and preservation of scholarly research through institutional repositories, personal websites, academic social networks, and other non-commercial open-access platforms. JREOM encourages authors to increase the visibility, accessibility, and academic impact of their published work while maintaining proper acknowledgment of the original publication source.

Authors are permitted to deposit and share the following versions of their manuscripts:

• Preprint Version

The original manuscript submitted before the peer-review process may be shared on personal websites, institutional repositories, or preprint servers.

• Accepted Manuscript Version

The revised manuscript that has been accepted after peer review may be deposited in institutional or subject repositories with acknowledgment that the manuscript has been accepted for publication in JREOM.

• Published Version (Version of Record)

Authors may share the final published version of the article on non-commercial platforms provided that full citation and a link to the official publication in JREOM are included.

All repository versions must clearly acknowledge JREOM as the original publisher of the article. Proper citation information, including article title, author names, journal name, volume, issue, year, and DOI or URL (if available), should be included in the repository record.

The repository use of published articles must not be intended for commercial purposes or involve unauthorized modification of the published content. Authors remain responsible for ensuring compliance with copyright regulations and publication ethics.

JREOM supports open access principles and believes that repository archiving contributes to wider dissemination, increased citation impact, long-term preservation, and broader academic collaboration.

The Editorial Board reserves the right to request corrections or removal of repository materials that violate copyright agreements, publication ethics, or journal policies.

By publishing in JREOM, authors agree to comply with this repository policy and acknowledge the journal’s role as the original source of publication.
