Author Guidelines

The Journal of Religion, Ethics and Organizational Management (JREOM) welcomes original research articles, conceptual papers, literature reviews, and scholarly works related to religion, ethics, management, organizational studies, leadership, governance, human resource management, and interdisciplinary business studies. Authors are encouraged to submit manuscripts that provide theoretical contributions, practical implications, and innovative insights relevant to the journal’s scope.

Submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere. The manuscript should be written in clear academic English or Bahasa Indonesia and must follow the journal template and formatting requirements provided by JREOM.

The title of the manuscript should be concise, informative, and reflect the main focus of the study. Author names, institutional affiliations, and corresponding author email addresses must be clearly stated. To support the double-blind peer review process, authors may be asked to submit a separate title page containing author identities.

The manuscript must include an abstract written in English consisting of approximately 150–250 words. The abstract should briefly explain the research objectives, methods, results, and conclusions. Authors are also required to provide three to five keywords representing the core topics of the manuscript.

The main body of the manuscript generally consists of the following sections: Introduction, Literature Review, Research Method, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, and References. The introduction should explain the research background, problem formulation, research objectives, novelty, and significance of the study. The literature review should discuss relevant theories, previous studies, conceptual frameworks, and hypotheses where applicable. The research method section should clearly explain the research design, population and sample, instruments, data collection procedures, and analytical techniques. The results and discussion section should present findings systematically and relate them to relevant theories and previous research. The conclusion should summarize the major findings and provide implications and recommendations for future studies.

Manuscripts should be prepared using Times New Roman font, size 12 pt, with single spacing on A4 paper format. Tables and figures must be clearly presented, numbered consecutively, and placed within the manuscript near the relevant discussion. Sources must be acknowledged where applicable.

Authors are strongly encouraged to use recent and relevant references, particularly from reputable national and international journals indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, or SINTA. References and citations should follow APA Style and should be managed using reference management software such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote.

All manuscripts submitted to JREOM will undergo an initial editorial screening followed by a double-blind peer review process. The editorial team reserves the right to reject manuscripts that do not meet the journal scope, formatting standards, ethical requirements, or academic quality criteria.

Before publication, all accepted manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism using plagiarism detection software. Manuscripts with excessive similarity levels may be returned to authors for revision or rejected in accordance with the journal’s publication ethics policy.

By submitting a manuscript to JREOM, authors confirm that the work is original, ethically conducted, and compliant with all journal policies and publication ethics standards established by the journal.
