Open Access Policy
The Journal of Religion, Ethics and Organizational Management (JREOM) is committed to supporting the global dissemination of knowledge through an open access publishing system. JREOM provides immediate and unrestricted access to all published articles to promote the advancement of research, academic collaboration, and the wider exchange of scientific knowledge.
All articles published in JREOM are freely accessible to readers without subscription fees, registration requirements, or financial barriers. Readers are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, and link to the full texts of articles for lawful academic and non commercial purposes, provided that proper acknowledgment and citation of the original publication are maintained.
JREOM believes that open access publishing enhances the visibility, accessibility, impact, and citation of scholarly works while supporting researchers, practitioners, students, policymakers, and the public in accessing high-quality scientific information.
Authors publishing in JREOM retain the copyright to their work while granting the journal the right of first publication. The journal encourages authors to share and disseminate their published articles through institutional repositories, academic networks, and personal websites in accordance with the journal’s repository and copyright policies.
The journal does not restrict readers from accessing or using published content for educational and research purposes as long as ethical citation practices are followed and the integrity of the original work is preserved.
By implementing this open access policy, JREOM aims to contribute to the development of transparent, inclusive, and accessible scholarly communication at both national and international levels.
