Copyright Policy

The Journal of Religion, Ethics and Organizational Management (JREOM) is committed to protecting the intellectual property rights of authors while ensuring the broad dissemination of scholarly research through open-access publication. Authors who publish their manuscripts in JREOM retain the copyright of their work while granting the journal the right of first publication.

By submitting and publishing a manuscript in JREOM, authors agree that the journal has the right to publish, reproduce, distribute, and archive the article in electronic and printed formats for academic and non-commercial purposes. The published articles may be accessed, downloaded, copied, distributed, printed, and shared by readers provided that proper citation and acknowledgment of the original publication in JREOM are clearly stated.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that their submitted manuscripts do not infringe upon the copyright, intellectual property rights, or privacy rights of any third party. If copyrighted materials such as tables, figures, illustrations, photographs, or substantial text excerpts are used from other sources, authors must obtain written permission from the copyright holder prior to submission and provide appropriate acknowledgment within the manuscript.

JREOM encourages the dissemination of academic knowledge through open access principles. Therefore, authors are permitted to share the published version of their articles on personal websites, institutional repositories, academic social networks, or other non-commercial platforms, provided that the original source of publication in JREOM is properly cited.

The Editorial Board reserves the right to retract or remove published articles if copyright infringement, plagiarism, or other violations of publication ethics are identified after publication. Any legal consequences arising from copyright violations remain the responsibility of the authors.

By submitting manuscripts to JREOM, authors confirm that:

• the manuscript is original,
• the work does not violate any copyright or proprietary rights,
• all necessary permissions have been obtained,
• and the manuscript complies with the journal’s ethical and legal publication standards.

This copyright policy is intended to support ethical scholarly publishing, protect authors’ intellectual contributions, and promote the responsible dissemination of scientific knowledge through the Journal of Religion, Ethics and Organizational Management (JREOM).
