Journal Policy
The Journal of Religion, Ethics and Organizational Management (JREOM) is a peer-reviewed academic journal committed to publishing high-quality scholarly works in the fields of religion, ethics, management, organizational studies, human resource management, leadership, governance, and related interdisciplinary studies. JREOM aims to provide a scientific platform for researchers, academics, practitioners, and policymakers to disseminate innovative research findings and theoretical developments that contribute to the advancement of knowledge and professional practice.
JREOM applies a double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, and academic integrity of every manuscript submitted for publication. In this review system, the identities of both authors and reviewers are concealed to maintain fairness, objectivity, and impartiality throughout the evaluation process. Manuscripts are assessed based on originality, methodological rigor, theoretical contribution, relevance to the journal scope, clarity of presentation, and significance of findings.
The journal is committed to upholding publication ethics and preventing all forms of academic misconduct, including plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, duplicate publication, and unethical authorship practices. All submitted manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software prior to the review process. Authors are required to ensure that their work is original, properly cited, and not under consideration by another journal simultaneously.
JREOM implements an open access policy to support the global dissemination of scientific knowledge and research accessibility. All published articles are freely accessible to readers without subscription or payment barriers. The journal believes that open access contributes to the broader exchange of knowledge and increases the impact of scholarly communication.
Authors retain copyright of their published articles while granting JREOM the right of first publication. Authors are responsible for ensuring that the submitted work does not infringe upon any copyright, intellectual property rights, or ethical standards. Where necessary, authors must obtain permission for the use of copyrighted materials, including figures, tables, and other reproduced content.
The Editorial Board is responsible for maintaining confidentiality during the review and publication process, making publication decisions based solely on academic merit, and handling ethical issues in accordance with international publication standards. Reviewers are expected to conduct objective, constructive, and confidential evaluations while avoiding conflicts of interest.
JREOM also maintains a policy regarding article correction, retraction, and withdrawal when significant errors, ethical violations, or research misconduct are identified after publication. Retraction decisions are made carefully by the Editorial Board to preserve the integrity and credibility of the academic record.
By submitting manuscripts to JREOM, authors agree to comply with all journal policies, publication ethics, and editorial procedures established by the journal. The journal continuously strives to uphold transparency, accountability, and excellence in scholarly publishing.
