Focus And Scope

Journal Of Law And Social Society is a premier double-blind peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to the rigorous exploration of the intersection between legal frameworks and societal dynamics. The journal serves as a dynamic platform for legal scholars, practitioners, and social scientists to publish high-quality socio-legal studies, empirical analyses, and doctrinal developments. Our scope encompasses a broad spectrum of critical legal issues tailored to modern societal challenges, including but not limited to: the sociology of law and legal pluralism; constitutional law and local government regulations; public policy and the transparency of village fund supervision; civil law, inheritance, and alternative dispute resolution; restorative justice and juvenile criminal justice systems; and the role of law in grassroots economic development. We actively encourage submissions that bridge the gap between theoretical legal concepts and their practical implications within communities.
