Legal Aid Posts (Posbakum) play a crucial role in providing access to justice for the community,
particularly in Tanjung Baru Village. This study aims to measure the level of public awareness
regarding the existence and function of Posbakum in resolving legal issues and to assess the
effectiveness of the legal awareness-raising program that has been implemented. The methods
applied in this study included surveys and interviews with village officials, as well as qualitative
data analysis. The results indicate that although the community has basic knowledge about
Posbakum, there is still a lack of understanding of the services offered. Therefore, further efforts
in legal outreach and education are needed to increase public awareness. This study is expected
to provide recommendations for the development of a more effective Posbakum program in the
future.
